You'll lead the technical onboarding of new customers, configure the product to meet each customer's specific needs, manage implementation timelines and project milestones, train administrators and end users, and hand off successfully onboarded accounts to Customer Success.
Skills you'll need
- Experience in implementation, solutions consulting, or technical onboarding
- Strong project management skills
- Technical aptitude — comfortable with APIs, SSO, and data integrations
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: experience with LMS platforms, SIS integrations, or EdTech infrastructure
